Adolescent Program

Here at Insight Services, we offer mental health treatment services as well as substance use treatment services for adolescents ages 13 to 18.

Adolescence can be a challenging time for many individuals, therefore, for mental health treatment services, we offer individual sessions that focus on helping teens navigate the challenges they face in daily life with school, peers, family, and other difficult transitions. We also focus on providing emotional support to teens in order to help them identify and manage emotions and other stressors in healthy ways. 

Insight Services’ substance use treatment services for adolescents incorporate everything mentioned above, as well as working with teens to help them overcome triggers and cravings to use, and to help them identify alternative, healthy skills to manage emotions rather than using substances.

Our substance use program includes individual sessions, random monitoring, and weekly group sessions with peers to provide additional accountability and support.
