As a part of the Insight clinical team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide direct counseling services via assessment, individual, and group counseling services.
• Participate in the decision-making process of the treatment team including formulating therapeutic activities and recommending a treatment plan.
• Provide case management including serving as a liaison between the client, family, and outside agencies or institutions.
• Participate in outreach/preventative programs, trainings, and workshops to build therapeutic skillsets; clinical supervision is also available.

• The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) builds healthy communities by awarding scholarships and loan repayment to students and qualified health care professionals. Insight Services is an approved site, which offers an opportunity for licensed professionals working with the current agency to apply for student loan repayment of up to $50,000 for mental health professionals and up to $75,000 for addiction professionals.
