Discount & Sliding Fee Policy

PAYING FOR SERVICES

Insight Services, PLLC provides mental health and substance abuse services regardless of ability to pay. Discounts are offered based on a household income and size. I sliding fee scale schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated annually using the federal poverty guidelines. See application for more information.

Policy

It is the policy of Insight Services, PLLC, to provide mental health and substance abuse services regardless of the client’s ability to pay. Discounts are offered based upon household income and size. A sliding fee schedule is used to calculate the basic discount and is updated each year using the federal poverty guidelines. Once approved, the discount will be honored for six months, at which time the client can reapply.

Discount Application Process

A completed application must be on file and approved by the director before a discount will be granted.
